Not Exactly A Good Day
It's been a while since she's been in the Bar. Between very long hours at work, and House running the team ragged, she hasn't even had time to think about Milliways, let alone come here.
Today is different, though. Milliways has usually refrained from pulling the young doctor in, since she had found a stable door, but now, she's stumbling in, almost unseeingly, and it takes her a moment to realize where she is.
Remy's certainly seen better days, hair a mess, red-rimmed eyes, and, oh yes, did we mention the blood? Though that's not exactly on her mind at the moment, as she's just noticed her lack of door and has turned to pound on the bare expanse of wall, leaving bloody prints as she hurls insults and generally screams at it.

"Not fair!"
Yes, she noticed that shield.

Rachel chuckled and stuck her tongue out. What? It seemed like the proper response to Remy's outrage!

"Cheat!"
Let's just see what scrambling for a higher perch will do. She's sure Rachel can handle it.

Well, Rachel could deal by hopping up into the rafters!

"Fuck!"

"Okay. Right. Flying."

"Nice view, though."

Absently, she swings her legs, grinning.
"I always thought the flying bit of bring a superhero was pretty awesome."

"For some. It takes getting used to, learning to move your body in ways most bipeds don't. Humans, people, they don't look up. They don't think about moving through a free fall environment."

Adrenaline junkie, much?

"Promise?"

"Is it weird that I'm excited over it?"

"It's not that bad, I don't think."
Says the recovering party girl.

"Yeah? What's the oddest thing you've found?"

no subject
"Really? That's pretty awesome."
